It depends on the township. The officer will let you know at the accident scene. Most police reports can be obtained either by email or online. Just reference the case # on the card given to you by the officer.

If you are utilizing your own insurance coverages and you have rental coverage on your policy, the class of vehicle you are entitled to goes based on your coverage per day. I.E. $30.00, $40.00, $50.00 etc. If you have a third party claim, then you are entitled to a comparable vehicle under New Jersey state law.

If you are going through your own coverages, then you have up to thirty days on policy. If you are a claimant, through another party’s insurance, then you are entitled to your rental for the duration of the repair.

For sure. One of our employees will either take you out to the car or if its inaccessible we are more than happy to fetch the item from the vehicle for you.

We do a post-repair cleaning and courtesy wash to eliminate dust that tends to collect in the shop.

When you come pick up your vehicle, our skilled estimator that managed the repairs will escort you to your car and review what was done, and our office provides you with a copy of the approved insurance estimate showing a detailed accounting of everything that was performed on your vehicle.

We are open Monday through Thursday from 7am to 5pm. Friday we are open 7am to 4pm.

We accept all major credit cards and cash. We do not accept private checks.

When you utilize your own coverages, you are contractually obligated with your insurance company to pay your deductible to the shop. If your insurance company deems you not at fault and they have evidence to it, I.E. a police report or video footage, then your insurance company will go after the at fault party’s insurance company after your vehicle is repaired, to recover the costs of repairing your vehicle including your deductible.

When the cost of repairs exceeds the value of the vehicle, the insurance company will consider it a total loss. At that point you have the option to
either retain the vehicle, or surrender it for salvage at which point the insurance company will send you down to the shop. You then have the responsibility to go empty the vehicle of all your belongings, take the plates and sign our total loss release form. Once you’ve completed that, you inform the insurance company and they will send a tow truck to pick up your car and take it to their salvage yard.
